What we collect, and why

When you send an order or wholesale enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your email address, your phone number, and what you've asked for. We use it to reply to you, work out your total, and arrange your order.

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't build a profile on you. If you never send an enquiry, we never hold anything about you beyond the anonymous page counts described below.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is stored in Airtable, which is where we keep and manage orders. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address sits with beehiiv, who send it. Both are third-party services with their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them for our own accounts and to help you if you come back with a question about a past order. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the bottom of any email we send.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll do it. You don't need a reason, and it won't affect how we treat you if you order again.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. You choose what we're allowed to use, and you can change your mind whenever you like from the cookie preferences link in the footer.

Essential cookies are needed for the site to work: page loading, your enquiry form, and the preference itself. These can't be switched off. Personalisation cookies remember small choices, such as a half-finished enquiry form or whether you've seen the notice before. Analytics cookies tell us which pages get read and which get skipped, counted in aggregate. We see numbers, not names.
