Ordering from us

Sending an enquiry isn't a purchase. It tells us what you'd like, and we reply with a total. The order only exists once you've confirmed that total back to us. Until then nothing is owed and nothing is reserved.

We quote prices in Namibian dollars. Prices can change, and the price that counts is the one we confirm to you in writing.

Delivery and collection

We don't offer delivery. You're welcome to collect from us, or arrange your own courier. We'll have your order ready once the total is confirmed.

If you're arranging your own delivery, payment is due before the order is collected by your courier. If you're collecting in person, you can pay by cash at that point. We accept cash or EFT, and we'll confirm the amount first.

Returns and refunds

If something arrives damaged or wrong, get in touch within 7 days of buying or receiving it and we'll help sort it out. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. We look at each request on its own, for both faulty and non-faulty products, and the outcome is at our discretion.

What our products are, and what they aren't

Talitshi Naturals sources organic foods from a certified supplier and distributes them. Our products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat or cure anything. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to your doctor before adding a new product to your routine. Ashwagandha is not recommended during pregnancy.
